The Story of Mira Developments
Founded in 2020 as a real estate agency, Mira Developments was co-founded by Tamara Getigejeva, who currently leads the company.
From the beginning, Mira Developments specialized in property sales. In 2021, the company launched several divisions — Mira Homes, Mira Business Services, and Mira Renovation — to offer rental, legal, and interior design services.
By 2023, Mira began constructing its first residential projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, quickly establishing partnerships with global brands.
Today, Mira Developments builds and manages properties, employing 531 staff members and operating projects across four emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. Currently, the company has four projects in preparation and six more in development.

Mira Villas
A branded complex with villas where buyers of select units can receive a Bentley as a gift. Residences feature furniture from the Bentley Home collection, Frette linens, Gaggenau kitchens, Bernardaud tableware, and Baccarat glassware.
Mira Coral Bay
A joint project between Mira Developments and the developer Marjan in Ras Al Khaimah, an emirate with a casino. This beachfront complex will include ten premium restaurants, two beach clubs, a spa hotel, and a resort hotel.
Trussardi Residences
The world’s first apartments under the Trussardi brand (an Italian fashion house producing clothing, accessories, and fragrances). The building is being constructed in the Al Furjan area and will feature spacious apartments ranging from 76 to 187 sq.m.
