What is Madmoun?
Madmoun is a verification service that helps you quickly check the details of any real estate ad. It confirms the property’s condition and specifications, making sure the information is correct.
How Does It Work?
Here’s how it’s done:
- Look for the QR Code: All verified properties will have a QR code.
- Scan the Code: Click on the Trakheesi Number of a listing to find the QR code. Scanning it will show you the agent’s listing permit and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) permit, proving the listing is verified by the Dubai Land Department.
When Can You Use It?
Madmoun will be live on all real estate portals starting April 24th, 2023. From then on, real estate companies will include these codes on their online and print ads.
